    • Prepaid Form - Use Gray Western Union Form and enter the following as your account number: MSCS, 9 digit case number, 10 characters of NCP last name (3 business days transaction)
    • Quick Collect Form - Use Blue Western Union Quick Collect    Form and enter: Pay to - MDHS, Code City - MDHS CRDU, Account Number - Case Number (Same day transaction if received prior to 4:00 p.m., M-F)
• CHECK OR MONEY ORDER - Include Social Security Number and Case Number
