Division of Management Information Systems Services Provided
- Provide technical and consultation services to state staff
- Design, develop, and implement computer systems using a variety of technologies and platforms
- Train end-users in the use of application systems and/or in the effective utilization of the technology in which the systems are implemented
- Provide procurement services for all hardware, software, and related peripherals and technical services for the Agency's information technology processing services
- Provide systems security and access control for all MDHS production systems
- Design and implement interfaces with other State and Federal Agencies
- Maintain access for all data files belonging to the Agency
- Provide network and telecommunications support and administration services for the entire Agency
- Provide database administration and management services
- Provide computer operations and related services for all the Agency's computerized production systems
- Provide Information Technology planning, budgeting and infrastructure support services
